GigBitPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Freelancers are responsible for:
Delivering services as agreed with the client.

Clients are responsible for:

Paying for services as agreed.

GigBitPro does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by freelancers.
GigBitPro charges a platform commission between 2% and 5% on completed transactions.
By using the platform, you agree that:
All payments must be processed through the GigBitPro platform.
Users may not bypass the platform to avoid fees.
Payment processing may involve third-party providers.
GigBitPro reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time with prior notice.
Users agree not to:

Users may upload content such as:

By submitting content to GigBitPro, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for the operation of the service.
In the event of a dispute between freelancers and clients, GigBitPro may offer mediation or dispute resolution services.
However, GigBitPro is not responsible for resolving every dispute and does not guarantee outcomes.

service interruptions
disputes between users
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
